20Khz Rotary Ultrasonic Vibration Machine Titanium Alloy With Digital Generator
Specification:
Ultrasonic milling has proven to be an effective technique for improving titanium, aluminum and stainless steel workability. Under the action of ultrasonic milling, it has more advantage than the traditional milling. In contrast to the effect of ultrasonic machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium four metallic materials.Improved surface quality of the most prominent is the titanium and aluminum, can improve the cutting ability of the most prominent is the stainless steel, the quality of the workpiece side is the most significant improvement in steel. In addition, for steel quenching after nearly HRC60, the traditional tool is difficult of steel cutting and processing cost is high, only when its hardness is higher than the work piece tool HRC25 above to processing. However, on the basis of traditional tools added to ultrasound, can greatly reduce the cutting of cutting resistance and improve cutting surface quality, but also increase the service life of the tool at least doubled.

Principle:
Ultrasonic machining process uses a power supply that converts conventional line voltage to 20KHz
electrical energy.
This high-frequency electrical energy is provided to a piezoelectric converter that changes high frequency electrical energy into mechanical motion.
The ultrasonic motion from the converter is amplified and transmitted to the horn and cutting tool.
This causes the horn and attached cutting tool to vibrate perpendicularly to the tool face thousands of
times per second with no side to side motion.
A recirculating pump forces E/Z Pump™ abrasive, suspended in a liquid medium, between the vibrating
tool face and the workpiece. The abrasive particles strike the workpiece at 150,000 times their own weight.
These tiny abrasive particles chip off microscopic flakes and grind a counterpart of the tool face.
The advantages of ultrasonic machining over ordinary machining:
20kHz rotary ultrasonic assisted machining of a titanium alloy , ultrasonic vibration system
